A facial cleans, exfoliates and feeds the skin. A medical facial or peel does the same thing with medical-grade product that reaches further, and a peel removes the top layer outright so a newer one comes up behind it. Both start with a skin analysis, because neither is a menu item — they get built to your skin.
Deeper peels are the exception — those can need a few weeks of recovery, and your consult will say so before you book one.

Tixel2 heats a titanium tip to a precise temperature and touches it to the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger your own healing response. No laser, no needles. It is the gentler route to the same idea: take the tired layer off and let a better one come up.
03 · Sofwave
Sofwave™ sends parallel ultrasound beams to one specific depth — 1.5mm, the mid-dermis — and heats only that layer. A built-in cooling plate keeps the surface out of it entirely, which is why there is no downtime and why it treats every skin type. FDA cleared for fine lines and wrinkles, and since December 2022, for the short-term improvement of cellulite.

Every skin service here starts with a look at your actual skin, not a menu. Adrienne or your provider works out what layer the problem lives in, which is what decides the treatment.
Numbing where it is needed, then the treatment itself. Most run 30 to 60 minutes. You will know before you book what yours involves.
Redness for a few hours to a few days, depending on how deep you went. Sofwave has none. Deep peels have the most. Your provider tells you which before, not after.
Questions
Not the one in the filter. The consult is where the layer gets identified and the treatment gets picked — and sometimes the honest answer is that a product change beats a procedure.
