Skin that
looks lived in.
Not worked on.

Facials, peels, and three devices that reach past what a product can. Which one you need depends entirely on how deep the problem sits — and that is a consult question, not a website question.

Four ways in

The same face.
Four different depths.

Every skin treatment is really answering one question: how far down does the problem live? Surface dullness and a slack jawline are not the same problem, and they do not respond to the same tool. This is the whole map.

SURFACE Facials & Peels EPIDERMIS Tixel2 MID-DERMIS Sofwave 1.5mm DEEP / STRUCTURAL Morpheus8
How far in each treatment reaches
  • Facials & Peels Cleanse, exfoliate, and lift the top layer off.
  • Tixel2 Direct thermal energy, no laser and no needles.
  • Sofwave Ultrasound heat placed at 1.5mm, surface untouched.
  • Morpheus8 Radiofrequency below the surface, remodelling tissue.

01 · Facials & Peels

Start at the surface.

A facial cleans, exfoliates and feeds the skin. A medical facial or peel does the same thing with medical-grade product that reaches further, and a peel removes the top layer outright so a newer one comes up behind it. Both start with a skin analysis, because neither is a menu item — they get built to your skin.

Signature Facial

  • Reduction in acne and blemishes
  • Enhanced hydration and moisture retention
  • Minimized appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Boosted collagen production for firmer skin

Medical Facial or Peel

  • Improved hydration and elasticity
  • Fewer visible pores
  • Enhanced absorption of skincare products

Deeper peels are the exception — those can need a few weeks of recovery, and your consult will say so before you book one.

02 · Tixel2

Resurfacing, minus the laser.

Tixel2 heats a titanium tip to a precise temperature and touches it to the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger your own healing response. No laser, no needles. It is the gentler route to the same idea: take the tired layer off and let a better one come up.

  • Sun damage and pigmentation

03 · Sofwave

Tightening at exactly 1.5mm.

Sofwave™ sends parallel ultrasound beams to one specific depth — 1.5mm, the mid-dermis — and heats only that layer. A built-in cooling plate keeps the surface out of it entirely, which is why there is no downtime and why it treats every skin type. FDA cleared for fine lines and wrinkles, and since December 2022, for the short-term improvement of cellulite.

  • Multiple ultrasound beams cover more with each pulse
  • Integrated cooling protects the skin's surface
  • Real-time temperature monitoring throughout
  • Treats all skin types, with no damage to underlying structures

The delivery is Sofwave's SUPERB™ synchronous parallel beam technology; the cooling plate is Sofcool™. Collagen regeneration can take up to 12 weeks, so improvement keeps arriving across the three months after a treatment.

04 · Morpheus8

Deep enough to change the structure.

Morpheus8 puts microneedles through the skin and runs radiofrequency energy out of their tips, which means it works below where microneedling alone can reach. It is not resurfacing. It is remodelling — tightening the tissue that holds your face's shape, which is why it is the one people ask about when “firmer” is the word they keep using.

  • Tightening and lifting sagging skin
  • Smoothing fine lines and wrinkles
  • Reducing acne scars and stretch marks
  • Contouring and defining the jawline and face
  • Stimulating natural collagen for long-term results

What actually happens

Three steps, one visit.

1

Analyse

Every skin service here starts with a look at your actual skin, not a menu. Adrienne or your provider works out what layer the problem lives in, which is what decides the treatment.

2

Treat

Numbing where it is needed, then the treatment itself. Most run 30 to 60 minutes. You will know before you book what yours involves.

3

Recover

Redness for a few hours to a few days, depending on how deep you went. Sofwave has none. Deep peels have the most. Your provider tells you which before, not after.

Questions

Asked constantly.

Which treatment do I actually need?
It comes down to how deep the problem sits. Surface dullness, congestion and tone are facial and peel territory. Texture, pigmentation and acne scarring are what Tixel2 is built for. Skin that has gone slack is Sofwave or Morpheus8, depending on how much structure needs rebuilding. Which one is yours gets decided at the consult — the layer is not something you can judge from a photo.
How many sessions will it take?
Sofwave is the only one here with a set protocol: one to two treatments, depending on your skin. For the others there is no fixed number to give you. Medical facials and peels are described as ongoing, and Morpheus8 as a series. Your provider will tell you what your own plan looks like rather than sell you a package before anyone has looked at your skin.
How much downtime is there?
Sofwave has none — daily routine resumes immediately. Tixel2 leaves mild redness and swelling that typically subsides within a few days. Morpheus8 runs a day or two before most people are back to normal. Medical facials and peels are little to none, with one exception: deeper peels can need a few weeks of recovery, and you will hear that before you book rather than after.
Does it work on my skin type?
Tixel2 is stated as suitable for all skin types, Sofwave treats all skin types, and Morpheus8 is described as safe for most. That covers the great majority of people who ask. A consult still confirms it against your skin and your history before anything gets planned.
When will I see results?
Peels and medical facials show shortly after treatment. Morpheus8 develops gradually — visible improvement in tone and texture within a few weeks, with benefits continuing for up to three months. Sofwave works by regenerating collagen, which can take up to 12 weeks, so improvement keeps arriving over the three-month period after your session.
What does it cost?
It depends on the treatment and on what your skin actually needs, which is why pricing is set at the consult rather than online. Wheeler memberships bank a monthly credit, which is how most regulars pay for maintenance. Packages and courses can also go on a payment plan.

Bring us the skin
you actually have.

Not the one in the filter. The consult is where the layer gets identified and the treatment gets picked — and sometimes the honest answer is that a product change beats a procedure.
