Just rested.

Four treatments

Different problems.
Different needles.

Injectables get lumped together, but they do opposite jobs. One relaxes muscle. One adds volume. One removes fat. Knowing which is which is most of the decision.

01 · Tox

The lines you make on purpose.

Squinting, frowning and raising your brows leave creases that stay put over time. Tox quiets those specific muscles so the skin above them stops folding — and stops etching in deeper.

  • Softens crow's feet, forehead lines and frown lines
  • Prevents shallow lines from becoming permanent ones
  • Looks rested, not frozen — you keep your expressions

02 · Dermal Filler

Volume, put back where it left.

Cheeks flatten, lips thin, jawlines soften — not because of lines, but because the fat and collagen underneath are going. Filler replaces that structure directly. Most are hyaluronic acid, something your skin already makes.

Wheeler stocks three filler families and two biostimulators so the product gets matched to the area, not the other way around.

03 · Lips

More lip.
Still your mouth.

Lip filler is the same hyaluronic acid that goes in cheeks and jawlines, placed with a lighter hand. How much you get is the whole decision, and it is yours — not a package.

  • Half a syringe — shape and hydration, barely readable as work
  • A full syringe — a real change in volume
  • Built across two appointments, if you would rather ease into it
  • Dissolved and rebuilt, if you are carrying work you never liked

Hyaluronic acid is reversible. That is the reason it is the right material for a mouth. If you hate it, it comes back out.

04 · Lipo Dissolve (PCDC)

For the pocket that never goes.

Phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate — PCDC — break down the wall of a fat cell so your body clears it out. It is a contouring treatment, not a weight-loss one. Best on small areas that stay put no matter how the rest of you changes.

  • Under the chin — the most requested area
  • Lower abdomen
  • Inner and outer thighs
  • Flanks

What actually happens

Three steps, one visit.

1

Consult

Your injector maps your face, hears what's bothering you, and says plainly whether an injectable is the right answer. Sometimes it isn't.

2

Inject

Fine needles, small amounts, precise placement. Most people describe it as a pinch. Tox runs about 30 minutes; filler about an hour.

3

Go

Mild redness or swelling for a few hours. You can drive home, go back to work, and keep the rest of your day.

Questions

Asked constantly.

Will I look frozen?
Not if it's dosed correctly. Frozen is what happens when too much product goes into too few spots. Wheeler's injectors treat the muscle group, not the line, and start conservative — you can always add at a two-week follow-up. You cannot subtract.
How soon will I see results?
Filler is immediate, though swelling can hide the final shape for a few days. Tox begins showing at three to seven days and reaches full effect around two weeks. Lipo dissolve is the slow one — it works over a series of sessions as your body clears the treated fat.
Can I combine treatments?
Most people do, because they solve different problems. Tox handles movement lines, filler handles lost volume, and they're commonly done in the same visit. Your injector will tell you the order and whether to space them out.
Does it hurt?
Tox is a series of quick pinches with a very fine needle. Filler appointments use numbing and often a cannula instead of a needle, which is more comfortable and bruises less. Lipo dissolve stings briefly and can feel tender for a day or two afterward.
Who shouldn't get injectables?
Anyone pregnant or nursing should wait. Certain neuromuscular conditions and some medications rule tox out. Active infection at the injection site postpones treatment. Your consult covers your history before anything is planned.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much product an area needs, which is why pricing is set at the consult rather than online. Wheeler memberships bank a monthly credit toward injectables, which is how most regulars pay for maintenance. For anything bigger than a single visit, there are also payment plans.
